How a Sexological Bodywork session works for me
A session consists of:
- Preliminary discussion with current personal topic
- Mindful touch, massage, meditation
- Follow-up discussion with exercise recommendations (breathing, movement mediation, mindful touch, body scanning and posture)
I use the following methods:
- Body awareness exercises
- Breathing exercises
- Movement, dance, shaking
- Vocal exercises
- Self-touching
- Full body touching / intimate area, if desired
After a session of sexological bodywork, I can accompany and support my clients through telephone counseling.

I have been working as an IISB® bodyworker, IISB® masseuse and somatic counselor in the field of sexuality since 2012. I expand my training and my activities at home and abroad with continuous further training (e.g. Klinik Schützen Rheinfelden – sexual medicine and internal association training). I am a member of the EASB (European Association of Sexological Bodyworkers) and work in my own practice.

Somatic sexual counseling and Tantra massage as a supplement
Somatic sexual counseling is often an ideal introduction to bodywork. Your personal issues, such as sexual listlessness, arousal problems, unspoken desires regarding sexuality and intimacy, relationship problems, etc. can be discussed.
A tantra massage allows a conscious and holistic immersion in a sensual experience. The body as the temple of the soul is at the center of the ritual.

What is bodywork?

Sexological bodywork enables a deepened perception of one’s own body and the connection to one’s own sexual feelings – such as lust, liveliness, listlessness, longing for fulfillment, feeling of being disconnected
Sexological Bodywork is a method that accompanies people to new experiences with their body, their sensory perception and their sexuality. In contrast to conventional sexual counseling or sexual therapy, sexological bodywork incorporates full-body and genital massage into the work. Learning is deepened by experiencing it on your own body. Somatic learning can expand and deepen the emotional and erotic potential that our body holds.
Sexological bodyworkers use a variety of methods to help people achieve body awareness and a sense of “connectedness” with their own bodies:
