As a guest, you are in a receiving role and are allowed to surrender and feel the energy within you.

A calm and held counter-touch can be quite appropriate and also make sense in a corresponding situation.

Can I also come during my period?

Yes, of course. Even then, touch can be important for you.

If I start to cry during the session and want to stop, is that possible?

It is allowed to show what is right now. All feelings are welcome!

Does my age play a role?

No, it’s never too late for a loving approach to your own body.
